Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

During holidays, new collection launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

Canada

• Flat Rate Shipping: $12 CAD
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more (before applicable taxes).

United States

• Flat Rate Shipping: $15 CAD
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more (before applicable taxes).

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Sweetly Snug Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Sweetly Snug Creations is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Weather-related delays
• Customs delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.
